We went to the circus with Komperud's and Keenan actually rode the elephant. I was shocked he didn't get scared. Konley is full of smiles and loves to eat - we tried a bitter stick one day. Silly boy!

Keenan is proving the statement "Like father like son" I found him reading the paper just like Daddy. :) Potty training has been surprising easy. After one weekend of a bit of craziness Keenan has picked up well! So proud of him, we make is easy in the mornings - notice he can't take his eyes off the cartoons while going potty! :) We had a fun weekend with Sammi and Brian they met us in Waterloo it was so nice to see them. Sammi even gave Keenan money. LOL - Cheap. Fake $2 bill. Sammi did bring the boys some nice Valentine's gifts. Thanks Auntie Sammi - Love you! Grandma & Grandpa Vokaty also came and joined us for Supper. So nice to get together!

Some random pictures from Jan. 15 weekend. We took boys to Omni hill sledding since it was 40 degrees out, as you can see Konley was not a fan of being bundled up. But he did like being pulled on the sled by Keenan looking at the sky. Guess he likes his brother. Keenan spent most of the weekend without pant working on potty training. Now today - Jan. 25 we are on 4 days of no accidents I hope he does good at the Y this week. I had to take a picture of Konley in this outfit with the hat as you can see he also has a big head like Keenan. :) Konley loves his fingers, silly boy.

Grandma Vokaty snow man picture is for you, the carrots and pickle you saved for the snowman did not work as the snow was too hard, so Keenan and Daddy found rocks for eyes and that is all your going to get. :)

Big Boy Keenan!

So we started potty training hard core on Friday, Jan. 15. Started going to the bathroom every 10 minutes, got better by Sunday. Now only Wednesday - Keenan has been doing pretty awesome with potty training, only one accident each day at the Y and its just a little bit. One time was when he was washing his hands, they think the sound of water did it. HA! Daycare is even doing it for naps and he only has a little bit. So proud of him. And no accidents at home in the evenings this week. But bedtime he is still wearing a diaper and Steve says he won't go on the potty right away in the morning so he tells him no milk, breakfast, or TV until he does like he has done everyday.

So this morning he wasn't ready. So Steve took a shower and Keenan came in the bathroom. When Steve got out he said "do you have to go potty?" he said "I already did." Steve thought great he peed in his diaper. So Steve said "you have to pee in the potty" and Keenan said "I already did." Well he came to the living room and saw Keenan's diaper on the ground and his little potty full of pee. He had just put his PJ pants back on without underwear, so Steve didn't know he went. So then he told Daddy he needed underwear. So proud of him! :) They are so smart at this age, blows my mind!
